In October 2007, Kingdom Partners assisted
Acres of Love host their 2nd Annual Golf Marathon which raised
$150,000 for their ministry.
It's fun... It's
simple... And it truly works!
Just about anyone can pull off this form of
fund-raising! It's fun, it's simple, and it's very
financially rewarding! Having
golf experience in your past is not a prerequisite for hosting a
successful 100-Hole Golf Marathon. Kingdom Partners cofounder Jim
Coles has been a PGA member and a professional golfer since the early 80's (check
out "About Us") and he will be responsible for handling the
necessary golf related duties.
Our plan calls for a minimum number of
volunteers to join your leadership team, a relatively small
number of marathon players (minimum of 20 with a maximum of 28),
as well as a minimum financial commitment from your organization
"to get the ball rolling."
By following Kingdom Partners unique
marathon strategy, we will help you establish your most
consistent fund-raiser ever! We will help you make
this the premier golf event in your community. Your
marathon players are guaranteed to have the time of their lives
on the day of the event, consequently, it will not be
difficult recruiting them back each year.
